With 55,000+ employees and 600+ offices, EF needed a bold, unified identity across age groups and markets. Gustaf redefined the visual language, built a new global Creative Studio, and led cross-functional teams to modernize EF’s omni-channel strategy—transforming the company into a more agile, digitally savvy brand.
